TodoToday v0.6.2 - What's New

TodoToday v0.6.2 now brings support for adding new tasks to Remember The Milk using the "New Task" entry. Tasks are entered using the RTM "Smart Add" style, e.g.

"Download TodoToday today !1 #android"

By default new tasks are added to the RTM Inbox unless a specific list name is provided e.g. #Personal.

This release also has a number of under the hood changes to improve stability with background task fetching and some minor usability tweeks.

Problems Postponing Tasks (Resolved)

Are you experiencing issues postponing tasks? While it's possible that this could be in part due to a bug in TodoToday, the root cause appears to be a service issue with the Remember The Milk API specific to the postpone task operation, and is affecting all previous versions of TodoToday as well as the new 0.6.0 release.

The problem has been reported to Remember The Milk. Please bear with us as we look to resolve the issue.

Let us know if you are experiencing this issue so we can gauge how widespread the problem is occurring.

UPDATE: Looks like things are back to normal. Postponing tasks should now work again.

TodoToday v0.6.0 - What's New

v0.6.0 brings a slightly new look using the lighter Android UI theme and adds visual styling to show the task priority indicators and bold highlighting for overdue tasks.

The visual style can be adjusted using the new settings panel to enable/disable the priority and overdue indicators.

TodoToday v0.5.0 - What's New

v0.5.0 has some minor background and cosmetic changes.

Background task fetching. TodoToday now manages the task fetching from Remember The Milk in a background thread to eliminate UI delay if network connection is slow.
